We are a team of Civil Engineers, individually including a PE (Professional Engineer) license issued in the state of Michigan, and a Master's degree in Construction Management and Structural Design. Years of professional practice and knowledge in engineering, design, architecture, management and operations allow us to produce structurally sound engineering and architectural masterworks, and offer a successful design-build solution to meet your needs.

The design-build method has grown increasingly popular in the residential market for new homes and renovation/remodeling projects. The design-build approach is when all the design services (architectural & structural) and construction execution are performed and managed under one company, reducing the responsibility to one provider to the owner, eliminating division of responsibilities.

Our Design Method 3D Modeling

We develop the project design from start to finish on a 3D model. As we move between the different design phases—from conceptual to detailed to final—we will be looking at the house in 3D together with you. We will have our laptop with us at our meetings so that you can live the reality of walking through the house as we develop it.

This allows you to maximize your visualization of the house as you walk through it, stand in it, and look at it from all kinds of interior and also exterior angles. The 3D modeling process eliminates the guesswork, and the associated worry and headaches of what the finished product will look like in the end.
